The Southeastern Institute of Restorative Medicine is a physician-led medical practice focused on thoughtful, individualized care that supports long-term health, function, and confidence. Located in Dothan, Alabama, the clinic brings together medical expertise, aesthetic services, and an integrative philosophy to help patients feel informed, supported, and cared for at every stage of life.

Why We Exist

Our Story

Southeastern Institute of Restorative Medicine was established in 2017 to address a growing gap in modern healthcare: the need for care that looks beyond symptoms and prioritizes long-term wellness. The clinic was founded on the belief that patients benefit most when they are given time, attention, and clear guidance—not rushed visits or cookie-cutter treatment plans.

From the beginning, the goal has been to create a setting where medicine feels both advanced and human, combining clinical rigor with a restorative, patient-centered mindset.

A graduate of Lurleen B. Wallace Community College with a degree in Esthetics, Tiffany is a skincare expert dedicated to achieving exceptional results. She holds advanced certifications in laser and micro-needling from Aesthetics Solutions Inc. in Marietta, GA. Tiffany blends her deep product knowledge with a mastery of diverse facial treatments to ensure every client receives personalized, high-quality care. When she isn’t helping clients glow, she stays busy with DIY projects or enjoying movie nights with her husband and son.

Kristie is married to her high school sweetheart and is the proud mother of two children. She is a volunteer cheerleading coach and loves to assist with her children’s school functions as often as possible. In her spare time, she enjoys taking lake trips, watching basketball games, and spending quality time with her family and friends.

As the first welcoming voice and smiling face at MedSpa Atlantis, Sharon manages all aspects of the client experience. From greeting you upon arrival at the spa, scheduling appointments, responding to your messages, and helping with the coordination of all your financial arrangements, she ensures every visit is seamless. A former fitness studio owner and PiYo certified instructor, Sharon’s background in wellness and her passion for skincare make her an invaluable asset to our team.

Sharon is a Florida native who loves traveling and being in the sunshine. She has three children, two grandchildren, and several fur babies that she thoroughly enjoys spoiling.

Bayley Crosby

Bayley is known for her outgoing personality and warm, welcoming nature. As a medical scribe, she assists our physician with clinical documentation and supports both clients and staff throughout the spa to ensure a comfortable experience. Bayley is currently pursuing her passion for healthcare by attending college to become a nurse.

A former gymnastics instructor, Bayley embodies a spirit of compassion and loves interacting with children. Outside of her studies and work at the spa, she enjoys connecting with others and bringing her signature big smile to everything she does.
