Body Contouring & Muscle Sculpting in Dothan, AL

For the areas that don’t respond no matter how consistent you are at the gym, learn more about non-surgical muscle sculpting for the abdomen, glutes, thighs, and arms. Thirty-minute sessions, no anesthesia, and no downtime.

How Muscle Sculpting Works & What to Expect

Six sessions per area, scheduled about a week apart.

Our Approach Is Different

Muscle sculpting uses high-intensity electromagnetic pulses to trigger muscle contractions stronger than you can produce voluntarily. The goal is muscle tone in a specific area. It is a body contouring treatment, not a weight management program, and it is not a substitute for one. Treatments are sold in packages of six per area, scheduled about a week apart, with each session running 30 to 60 minutes.

What Treatment Involves:

Consult and screening

We map the areas you want treated and screen for contraindications. Treatment is not appropriate for patients with a pacemaker, defibrillator, metal or electronic implant, a hernia in the treatment area, or during pregnancy.

Six sessions per area

Sessions are scheduled about a week apart and run 30 to 60 minutes. Most patients feel muscle soreness for a day or two afterward, similar to a hard workout.

Areas we treat

Abdomen, glutes, thighs, and arms. Pelvic floor tightening and strengthening is offered as a separate treatment, priced per session.

*Results vary from patient to patient. Your provider will discuss realistic expectations at your consultation.

Frequently Asked Questions

Before and After Your Session

Before you come in

  • Eat normally and drink water beforehand. This is real muscle work.
  • Wear comfortable clothing you can move in, and leave metal jewelry at home.
  • Tell your provider about any implant, electronic device, hernia, or recent surgery, including anything that does not seem related to the treatment area.

After your session

  • There is nothing to recover from. You can drive yourself home and return to normal activity, including the gym, the same day.
  • Expect soreness in the treated muscle for 24 to 48 hours, similar to a hard workout.
  • Keep drinking water and eat enough protein. You have just put that muscle through real work.
  • Sessions are scheduled about a week apart, which gives the muscle time to recover between treatments.
