Dr Thompson is amazing! He listens to his patients and has helped me figure out answers to problems that other doctors had
not been able to figured out. He also does a fantastic job of keeping me aligned. I’ve got degenerative disk in my back and bulging disks in my neck and with out my visits to him I don’t know how well I’d be able to get around!

I went back in April 2018 for my first visit to Southeastern Institute. Everyone was so nice and welcoming. My second visit was in August 2018 and I was treated as kindly as the first visit. Dr. Thompson went above and beyond just giving me botox injections. While waiting for Dr. Thompson to come in and do my injections I mentioned to Kristie about an issue my teenage son was having with folliculitis. How I felt my sons doctor was over prescribing antibiotics for a six month period or was I overreacting. After my procedure, Dr. Thompson and Kristin listened to mr explain the issue my son was having, plan of care receiving at his PCP and my concerns. Both listened with such attentiveness. Gave me his personal recommendation or opinion based off what I had mentioned. Took time to email me information on how to find resolution to the core issue for my son. You get amazing procedures done for amazing prices! Caring staff! Who all truly go above and beyond for their patients. Wanting the patients to feel and look there healthiest! I look forward to going and getting more procedures done. I totally recommend!

I have been doing Fractora treatments with them and i must say THEY ARE AMAZING! I have never seen results like this with any other procedures I’ve had other places like I have with Fractora! I highly recommend! The staff are so sweet and make you feel completely comfortable. I’ve had nothing but great experiences with Dr. Thompson and his staff! They have helped me gain confidence with my skin and I still have more sessions to go! Can’t wait to see my end results!

Dr Thompson is absolutely amazing at reducing pain and numbness from disk degeration and stenosis! I was referred to Dr Thompson by my neurosurgeon in 2016. After several epidurals in my neck, I was told I needed surgery, which included a titanium plate placement! I wanted options! Dr T reviewed my MRI and told me “I’m not sure I can help you, but I will try.” It’s been over 3 years and today, my neurosurgeon reviewed a recent MRI and told me “continue seeing Dr T on a regular schedule!” When I had severe pain off and on from TMJ, I happened to mention it to DR T, he did his magic and knock on wood, I haven’t had the pain or inability to eat from it since! He truly cares and wants to find the cause and solution behind a patient’s pain rather than putting a bandaid on it by prescribing meds (although he can and has when necessary). He has recommended I have medical tests and/or see a DR of my choice to rule out possible causes of symptoms from time to time. He asks questions and listens. The staff goes above and beyond! Every single one of them! I could go on and on about this office and have recommended to several friends.

From the time I walked in the door and throughout my treatment, Dr Thompson and his staff were a superb, kind and caring team. All my questions and concerns were answered and not once did I feel rushed. Definitely a 5 star practice!
