Gregory Thompson, DO, is the chief medical officer at Southeastern Institute for Restorative Medicine, where he specializes in family medicine, neuromuscular medicine, and medical aesthetics. Located in Dothan, Alabama, he founded the anti-aging medical practice in 2017 after a 30-year career serving as a physician and health educator.
After earning his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine at the University of New England, College of Osteopathic Medicine in Biddeford, Maine, Dr. Thompson went on to complete his internship and residency in family medicine at Waterville Osteopathic Hospital in Waterville, Maine. He subsequently served as an emergency room physician and ran a successful family practice before moving to the Greater Portland area in Maine, where he combined his knowledge and skills in traditional medicine and surgery with osteopathic manipulation, homeopathic remedies, and functional medicine to help his patients achieve health and wellness.
